Course overview
This one-day onsite course provides a clear interpretation and understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) core tools and how it relates to IATF 16949 standard.
It walks you step-by-step through APQP and teaches how to meet OEMs ‘requirements for product quality planning and preparation of control plans.
We typically cover requirements of FCA, Ford Motor Co., and General Motors Co., however if your company has different OEMs this course can be tailored to cover those OEMs requirements for APQP.
This one-day course provides an overview of the tools, procedures and reporting requirements specified in APQP reference manual.
We will also briefly introduce Microsoft Project platform which is widely used for APQP implementation.
Attendees will receive a certificate.

This course is recommended for personnel responsible and involved in product quality planning activities; IATF 16949 internal and / or supplier auditors; anyone involved in the implementation of IATF 16949; or anyone interested in learning about APQP core tool.
